how gently petals of knowledge fall
on stones of infinite
ignorance.
actually the inspiration for this thought came from a book i am reading, called "when god is gone, everything becomes holy" in the chapter i just finished. "i don't know", the author speaks about ignorance as infinite and says that only when we recognize how limited our knowledge is, can we begin to grasp the infinite nature of what we do not know; and only in front of this understanding are we able to make inroads into our very finite and illusory body knowledge.
